چکیده
BACKGROUND: The problem of adequate analgesia in the early postoperative period is not relevant at present, both our country and abroad because 50% children experience pain after surgical interventions despite ongoing therapy. Inadequate ideal method for assessing syndrome severity, age restrictions with several drugs, difficult communication young children, as well drug selection, lead to inadequate detection pediatric practice.
AIM: This study aimed evaluate effectiveness safety intravenous infusion lidocaine operated on abdominal cavity organs.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: included 119 who were randomized into 3 groups, which infusion, prolonged epidural blockade, or systemic fentanyl used relief surgery. Hemodynamic parameters, respiratory system, intensity, resolution time intestinal paresis, cortisol, glucose levels blood plasma, complications monitored compared intergroup.
RESULTS: Lidocaine had no effects hemodynamics system children. Cortisol level was markedly decreased through day baseline (32065 nmol/l). Early recovery peristalsis corresponded 233.75 h postoperatively. intensity during observation did exceed 2 points. maximum free plasma 2.811.31 g/ml, spent intensive care unit (ICU) 4810 h.
CONCLUSION: Intravenous surgery a safe that provides effective relief, restores early, reduces length ICU stay.

BACKGROUND This meta-analysis aimed to assess the efficiency and safety of intravenous infusion of lidocaine for pain management after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). METHODS A systematic search was performed in PubMed (August 1966-2017), Medline (August 1966-2017), Embase (August 1980-2017), ScienceDirect (August 1985-2017), and the Cochrane Library. Only randomized controlled trials (RCT...

متن کاملIntravenous lidocaine infusion facilitates acute rehabilitation after laparoscopic colectomy.
BACKGROUND Intravenous infusion of lidocaine decreases postoperative pain and speeds the return of bowel function. The authors therefore tested the hypothesis that perioperative lidocaine infusion facilitates acute rehabilitation protocol in patients undergoing laparoscopic colectomy. METHODS Forty patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy were randomly allocated to receive intrave...
متن کاملAnalgesic Efficacy of Intravenous Lidocaine Infusion in Cesarean Section under Spinal Anesthesia: A Prospective Randomized Double-Blind Study
Background & Objective: Nowadays, conventional analgesic agents that are usually used for pain killing after cesarean sections do not provide enough analgesia with infrequent serious side effects. Lidocaine has been suggested as an adjuvant analgesic agent for postoperative pain relief. We designed this randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the analgesic efficacy of intr...
متن کاملIntravenous lidocaine suppresses fentanyl-induced cough in Children
OBJECTIVE Fentanyl-induced cough is usually mild and transitory, but it can be undesirable in patients with increased intracranial pressure, open wounds of the eye, dissecting aortic aneurism, pneumothorax, and reactive airway disease. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lidocaine in suppressing fentanyl-induced cough in children during induction in general anesthesia. METHOD...
